How to Invite New Users to BrewIQ Customer Dashboard
Materials required
- Wi-Fi enabled computer, tablet, or smartphone
- BrewIQ Customer Dashboard access with Admin Permissions
Manage Users
- Log in to your BrewIQ Customer Dashboard account
- Navigate to the Manage Users page in the left-hand column menu
- Click the green INVITE NEW USER button
- Enter the intended recipient's email address in both the Enter email and Verify email fields
- Select the new user's Permission level
- Viewer (read-only) - can view fermentation data, but cannot enter any information or interact with the BrewIQ in any way
- Operator (read/write) - can perform all functions in the BrewIQ Console EXCEPT:
- Add new users
- Change company-wide Compensation settings on the My Profile page
- Admin (read/write/invite) - can perform all functions in the BrewIQ Console
- Click the green INVITE USER button to complete
Please note:
- The invitation will expire in 24 hours. You can resend the invitation by clicking on the green RESEND button to the right of the user's email address
- If the invitation does not appear in the recipient's email inbox, have them check their spam folder. The invitation is sent from noreply@precisionfermentation.com, and can sometimes be sent to the spam folder
